What to Expect


When, Where and How Much

Somatic Stretch & Shake begins with breath, gentle stretching, and grounding yoga poses to warm the body and arrive in the present moment.

From there, we move through alternating rounds of somatic shaking and rest — a practice that helps move lymph, release held tension, and complete the stress responses that so often get stuck in the body.

We then drop into free, intuitive movement with eyes closed, letting the body lead rather than the mind.

We close with yin or restorative yoga poses and savasana, giving the nervous system time to integrate and settle.
