No prior experience is needed.
All teachings and practices are offered in an accessible, inclusive way. You’ll be guided gently, with space to meet yourself exactly where you are. This is not about doing more or doing it “right,” but about learning how to listen and respond to your body with care.

It includes:
Personalized 1:1 Ayurvedic support
Live weekly group sessions
Embodied practices you can feel in your body
A small community container that offers accountability, reflection, and care

That said, recordings will be available if you need to miss a session. You’ll still be able to engage with the material and practices at your own pace while staying connected to the overall rhythm of the group.

I’m Kristen, a board certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor and nervous system-informed practitioner.
