Ayurveda is body, mind, spirit medicine. This means that all three of these aspects are interwoven. You can’t treat the body without also treating the mind and spirit and vice versa.
We especially see this connection between the nervous system, the gut and the immune system. In order to be truly resilient we need to work on all three.
Chronic stress can affect digestion, sleep, emotions, nervous system regulation and immunity.
The Nourished for Resilience Path is a program to help you get back in tune with your unique constitution and the cycles and seasons of nature.
You will learn how to optimize your digestion, re-sync your circadian rhythm for better sleep and energy, and nourish your nervous system according to Ayurvedic principles.
You will also learn how to listen to your body, complete stuck stress responses and shift your relationship with stress using Somatic Stress Release™ techniques.
Sometimes shifting lifestyle isn’t enough. Sometimes you also need to work on the limiting beliefs, habits and patterns that are keeping you stuck.
And sometimes you need to go into the body somatically and release the stress you are currently experiencing around these habits, patterns and beliefs.
How does the Nourished for resilience path work?
This path is a commitment to your physical, emotional and spiritual health.
It will begin with a 75 minute Ayurvedic Consultation. We will delve into your unique Ayurvedic constitution and imbalances and what specifically you want to work on. In this initial session we will collaboratively create a plan of action that is sustainable and joyful for you.
The consultation will be followed by 6 virtual or in person 1:1 sessions done either weekly or every other week (depending on your preference).
These sessions will be tailored to suit your specific needs. They will most likely be a mix of coaching, education, and somatic work. It is during these sessions that we can begin to go deeper, working with patterns, habits and stress in the body as well as creating accountability for the lifestyle changes you are making.
The Nourished for Resilience Path is an investment of $581
This includes the initial consultation (75 minutes) and 6 (60 minute) 1:1 sessions.
It can be paid in full or split into a payment plan.
